Job Description
- Responsible for managing domain infrastructure to the IT network environment, monitoring exchange email services
- Managing daily housekeeping work and troubleshooting for servers
- Also evaluating and auditing all servers status, performance & storage capacity
- Providing client support & technical issue resolution and handling installation of computer hardware operating systems and
applications etc
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 3-8 years experience in system support and network administration
- Experience in MS Windows 2012 server, Exchange Server 2010, Lan/Wan, DNS, Firewalls, VPN and network monitoring & troubleshoot
- Knowledge in Cyber Security
- With working experience in information security
- Strong knowledge in TCP/IP, Cisco router and related telecommunication products such as Metro-E, VOIP and MPLS
- With knowledge of MCSE / MCP / CCNA is preferable
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
