Benefit: 5 Day work, 13 month, Medical, Bank, 15 AL, 900am-530pm
- Provide technical support to the team for new business development
- Respond to client’s request promptly as key contact point, and report to Project Manager for all project-related issues on accurate and timely basis
- Communicate and coordinate with client and sub-contractors for project technical issues and progress, arrangement of site access, site survey and site work activities
- Review design documents, drawings and testing & commissioning (T&C) documents
- Attendnight site works at MTR stations to supervise and verify subcontractors’ on-site activities, including installation and testing & commissioning (T&C), to ensure that works are carried out in conformance with approved design drawings and applicable design standards of the client, and to resolve any on-site issue promptly if occurred
- Undertake other duties as required commensurate with abilities
Requirements:
- 3-5 years working experience in project management in MTR or LED Engineering,
- Degree holder in Engineering related or equivalent is a must
- Site working experience is required
- Strong PC skills, especially in AutoCAD, will be an advantage
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently
- Flexible team player with coordinating mind and strong interpersonal skills
- Good command of speaking and writing English and Cantonese. Mandarin language capability will be an advantage
- Immediate Availability is preferred
