Technical Service Manager (HVAC)

Our client is a global HVAC provider with 10,000+ staff. It is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position: 

(Permanent job employed directly by our client)

(5 dys, 13mths+bonus, med, dental, 17+AL, etc.)

Duties:

  • As the Department head, report to the GM
  • The candidate will lead the technical service team (~40-50ppt) with building and repair and maintenance works including reinstatement, fitting out and renovations
  • Monitor service quality & responsible for staff training
  • Control and manage annual budgets on technical service team
  • Develop strong relationships with E&M contractors, consultants, and developers

Requirements:

  •  Degree / High Diploma holder in Building Services / Mechanical  / Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines.
  • At least 10 years relevant working experience with 3 years or above at management / supervisor level.
  • Chartered Membership of HKIE, CIBSE or equivalent will be highly preferred
  • Good knowledge in service of HVAC equipment. will be an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese (Mandarin is preferable)
