Responsibilities:
- Prepare & co-ordinate with clients for delivery arrangement & documents
- Follow up with clients instruction & provide stock availability & shipping information to stores/warehouse
- Input data into system
- Update data file with in Excel
Requirements:
- DSE/HKCEE graduated
- 2 years relevant warehouse and logistics clerical experience
- Familiar with Excel skill, especially Pivot Table and VLookup
- Proficiency in PC operations including Word, Excel, fast accurate input Chinese.
- Able to read English and reply email.
- Well-organised and attentive to details;
