Duties:
- Supporting 3D management by bringing and implementing new ideas, tools and inspirations to create a stronger business model
- 3D tasks are followed and executed in timely manner with high quality 3D sample results.
- Approve all 3D related tasks and provide technical feedbacks
- Demonstrating strong ability in motivating the team to achieve business goals
- Ensuring all business activities align with expectations from the Company with smooth implementation and execution of 3D within Company and supplier scope in timely manner
- Support in digitization of material library
- Making presentation and providing training to the team and stakeholders
- Responsible for approval of all 3D sketches and 3D related tasks
Requirement:
- Degree graduate in Fashion & Textiles, digital fashion, or any other relevant to fashion, pattern making, and 3D designing
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in recognized fashion company or in 3D garment simulating software company , in which at least 3 years in managerial level
- Strong experience in project management and execution to cope with business strategy
- Proficient in 3D design software CLO / Keyshot is a MUST
- Excellent in both PC and Adobe programs; Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
- Knowledge in computer pattern making and grading system such as (Optitex, Gerber, Lectra) is an advantage
