Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts book
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting function including issuing of cheques, bank-in, data entry
- Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, journal vouchers, and perform intercompany reconciliation
- Assist in preparing accounting reports and records
- Assist to maintain and follow up Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and perform bank reconciliation
- Provide support for administrative duties
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of working experience in trading OR manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- SAP / MYOB system experience is preferred
- Immediate available is highly preferred
