Accounting Officer / Accounting Clerk (18-32K)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts book
  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting function including issuing of cheques, bank-in, data entry
  • Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, journal vouchers, and perform intercompany reconciliation
  • Assist in preparing accounting reports and records
  • Assist to maintain and follow up Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and perform bank reconciliation
  • Provide support for administrative duties

Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of working experience in trading OR manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • SAP / MYOB system experience is preferred
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
