Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Product Manager
- Ensuring sales targets / budget are met set by Company
- To explore and develop new customer base (such as Government, Property Developers, Contractors, Consultants, Property Management Companies, F&B Group, etc.)
- Organizing sales visits, prepare and deliver technical presentations, explaining products or services to customers, quotation preparation, coordination organizing seminar, sample development follows up and site visits
- Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
- Prepare monthly forecast reports and propose improvements
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 3 years or above sales experience in building materials / construction materials is preferable
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- AutoCAD is a plus
- Immediate available is preferable
- Less experience is also considered as Sales Executive
