Job Duties:
- Manage and organize daily schedules
- Purchase water, stationery
- Arrange the printer, fax machinery for maintenance
- Take attendance
- Handle clerical works
- Compile quality reports and presentations
- Maintain up-to-date and systematic filing system
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
- Certificate
- 2 years relevant experience in office admin or admin clerk
- Excellent time management skills and able to do multi-task and prioritize work
- Able to work under pressure and manage tight schedule
- High proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
