Job Duties:

  • Manage and organize daily schedules
  • Purchase water, stationery
  • Arrange the printer, fax machinery for maintenance 
  • Take attendance 
  • Handle clerical works
  • Compile quality reports and presentations
  • Maintain up-to-date and systematic filing system
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior

 Job Requirements:

  • Certificate 
  • 2 years relevant experience in office admin or admin clerk
  • Excellent time management skills and able to do multi-task and prioritize work
  • Able to work under pressure and manage tight schedule
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
