Assistant Key Account Manager / Sales Manager – 4PL solution / Logistic Solution

Requirements:

  • At least tertiary education in a relevant area like supply chain management or global logistics management
  • Preferably at least 6 year relevant work experience in sales, account management, or customer solutions within Contract Logistics
  • A sharp analytical mind and the ability to solve problems creatively
  • A strong commercial sense and the ability to negotiate and influence effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (MS Office package) and business tender preparation
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Job Description

  • Be the customer’s main liaison for strategic and operational issues, especially commercial and critical operational ones
  • Negotiate win-win solutions that balance customer and operational needs
  • Handle and resolve any customer concerns or complaints
  • Demonstrate how the company’s solutions can solve real-world problems and create value for customers in different sectors and markets
