Job Description

  • Responsible to arrange Management & family event and public events, invite guest, prepare materials and follow up the logistic etc;
  • Assist in daily operation for Chairman’s family household matters and secretarial support;
  • Management helpers, chef and drivers;
  • Arrange schedule of appointment, meeting, and trips;
  • Arrange daily material purchases for home issue
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned; and


  • Minimum 4 year’s relevant experience as a Butler, supporting and handling personal matters & family affairs;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity, organized and able to multi-task;
  • Detail mind, passion and patient;
  • Excellent sense of confidentiality;
