Job Description
- Responsible to arrange Management & family event and public events, invite guest, prepare materials and follow up the logistic etc;
- Assist in daily operation for Chairman’s family household matters and secretarial support;
- Management helpers, chef and drivers;
- Arrange schedule of appointment, meeting, and trips;
- Arrange daily material purchases for home issue
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned; and
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 year’s relevant experience as a Butler, supporting and handling personal matters & family affairs;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity, organized and able to multi-task;
- Detail mind, passion and patient;
- Excellent sense of confidentiality;
