Duties:
- Manage Domain controller
- Manage MS Exchange server
- Manage MS Server
- Manage Lync and Share point server
- Manage Database Server
- Manage Network Issue (Juniper Firewall, Cisco switch, Sonicewall Firewall and Spam Mail firewall)
- Manage VM farm and host
- Troubleshoot the user desktop technical problem
- Troubleshoot the desktop and server problem form the ticket system request
- Control Email Gateway (Barracuda, Cisco ESA)
- Contact Vendor to provide maintenance services
- Troubleshooting (MPLS, VPN, Metro E) ● EDR control (sentinel one and Sangfor)
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Studies, Information Technology or other related disciplines
- 5 years Solid experience in system engineering
- Good command of English
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Self-motivated, independent, hardworking and able to meet tight schedule
