Responsibilities:
- Report to Head of Department
- Manager a team of 11 in Hong Kong and Shenzhen to deliver high quality customer services and provide offers to global customers
- Report to Board for the weekly Operations status with highlights
- Presented in the Quarterly Review Meetings or other regular meetings for Supply Chain updates with key customers
- Work with Business Development and Key Account team for preparing company’s sales budget
- Lead company’s customer-oriented process and system transformation for optimization and digitalization
- Work with cross-functions especially PPC/PMC and PM to ensure on time deliveries
- CRM management across the globe
A. SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
1 Degree
2 10 years or above working experience in order processing, supply chain and customer services for international consumer electronic manufacturing company.
3 Good communication & presentation skills, fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
4 Ability to work under pressure, work independent, self-motivated, customer first mind set, meet customer’s expectations.
5 Provide proactive guidance and solutions to CS & Sales team in times of need
6 Strong in analyzing and providing practical solutions, results oriented
7 Forward looking with lean management mindset
8 Using ERP or SAP is a must
