Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer purchase orders by closely monitoring production activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing cost, quality, and lead-time
- Monitor and maintain operational systems, policies, and procedures
- Source and conduct audits of potential new suppliers
- Manage warehouse operations and component inventory
- Ensure the selection and utilization of appropriate EMS providers and suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline purchasing, project management, and production processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related manufacturing field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing management
- Familiarity with mechanical, electronic, and software design processes
- Analytical mindset with a focus on detail-oriented execution and results
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively lead and solve problems
- Demonstrate strong language skills in English and Putonghua (Mandarin)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for effective reporting and analysis
