Responsibilities:

  • Sometime sourcing product
  • Order management, sampling
  • Contact with vendor, overseas buyer, internal department
  • Organize meeting with Management
  • Prepare quotation
  • Admin role support 
  • Handle ad-hoc order as required

Requirement:

  • Diploma or above with 5-7 years working experience in Operation in trading or buying office
  • Proficient in MS Excel is an advantage
  • Good command in Cantonese and English, Mandarin
