Duties
- Perform general reception duties
- Handle daily attendance record
- Responsible for meeting room management and reservation
- Provide general office administrative support, including office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above
- Preferably with 2 years’ of working experience
- Excellent telephone manner, customer services and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge and experience with administrative work
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluency in spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Presentable with pleasant personality and good telephone manner
