Responsibilities:
- Handle all QS works major in tendering and operation, pre-contract to post-contract works
- Responsible for drawing measurement, cost analysis and budgeting, material taking off and pricing
- Value sub-contracts and cost to perform commercial negotiation
- Attend site visits / tender briefing, project meetings and tender interviews
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Building or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years or solid experience in Main Contractor
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Quantity Surveyor
