Responsibilities:
- Assist and support Project Manager in project management and the team in all aspects of project administration and coordination works
- Assist Project Manager in managing projects and ensure the projects are delivered with quality and within project work schedule
- Perform good communication work with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors and other external parties
- Prepare technical materials including correspondence, sub-contractors, submission, method statements, reports
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as requested
Requirements:
- Degree / High Certificate / Diploma in Building Studies, Construction Management or related disciplines
- 4 years of working experience in CONSTRUCTION industry
- Candidate who has less experience will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator / Project Coordinator
- Proficiency in PC application include MS Project and AutoCAD
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
