Assistant Project Manager / Senior / Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support Project Manager in project management and the team in all aspects of project administration and coordination works
  • Assist Project Manager in managing projects and ensure the projects are delivered with quality and within project work schedule
  • Perform good communication work with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors and other external parties
  • Prepare technical materials including correspondence, sub-contractors, submission, method statements, reports
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as requested

Requirements: 

  • Degree / High Certificate / Diploma in Building Studies, Construction Management or related disciplines
  • 4 years of working experience in CONSTRUCTION industry
  • Candidate who has less experience will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator / Project Coordinator
  • Proficiency in PC application include MS Project and AutoCAD
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
