Our client is a MNC company located in Kwun Tong with over 100 employees in HK.  They are looking for caliber candidates to apply their position:

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for receptionist support including general enquiries, client greetings, and incoming courier services / deliveries
  • Handle general office administration and clerical duties such as data entry, record filing, procurement of office supplies, expenses reimbursement, equipment and facilities maintenance
  • Assist in office projects and employee activities
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by Administration Manager


  • High Diploma or above
  • 3 years or above experience in reception or administration work
  • Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and Powerpoint)
  • Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
