Responsibilities:

  • travel arrangements,
  • Preparing and editing
  • Handle Personal & Household matters, billing, license renew 
  • Schedule arrangement to boss, Coordinate Driver schedule 
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties
  • Provide administrative support in business and personal matters
  • Manage calendar, coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and events

Requirements :

  • 0-2 years of personal assistant / Secretary 
  • Higher diploma or above
  • Excellent command of spoken & written in English and Chinese
  • Well organized, independent, flexible and with strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and work in details
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
